Doctors from all 50 states gathered at the White House on October 5, 2009 to show their support for President Obama’s health insurance reform plan. Hear some of them say why they as physicans want to see change. (public domain)

Obama never wants to enforce immigration laws so illegal immigrants can keep receiving welfare & healthcare benefits as in the case of Obama’s aunt Zeituni Onyango, an illegal immigrant from Kenya yet lived in taxpayer-funded public housing complex in Boston for many years and also contributed $260 to Obama’s presidential bid. In fact, Obama, with his immigration reform, wants to naturalize twelve million illegal immigrants so they can get healthcare insurance & vote for his Democratic Party.
Who in their right mind would of thought we would now have pro-Marxist, pro-Fascist, and pro-Communist czars and advisers in the White House?
Obama and the liberals among us are supporting these socialist radicals with their agendas based on implementing socialist political doctrines into laws that are non-constitutional. This is a real threat to everything we hold sacred in America, and they are gaining evermore control over our Democratic Party, our Nation, and the American people.
The current National Health Care Reform Bill is unconstitutional, for it outright takes away individual liberty and freedom as guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States.
It doesn’t conform to any other successful working models of Health Care used by other Nations.
It will begin with an immediate increase in taxes, but it will not begin to provide services for over 3 years from now.

nothing has been done?? are you fucking out of your mind?? you just dont see how the things the gov’t HAS DONE has made prices go sky high in the health care industry to the point where we NEED insurance to pay for ROUTINE medical procedures, thats not what insurance is for, insurance is for paying for things that PROBABLY WONT HAPPEN. in reality the govt will never be able to make a law against breaking all the other laws so the more laws they make, the more it will cost you, its that simple.

Currently, nothing has been done. And to suggest that this industry would NOT be continually regulated by the government is naive on your part. The government will never let that happen. you sound like your 12, get the government OUT of health care including but not limited to licensure, accreditation, regulation, barriers to entry and transfer payments and prices will fall immediately.
or just get the government OUT so those powers arent there for people and corporations to buy! but no, you wanna try to make a new law that says you cant break any of the old laws now, its completely moronic. the GOVERNMENT made it illegal to insure people with pre-existing conditions, through legislation. why not just allow prices to deflate back down to the point where americans can afford routine health care WITHOUT insurance?
I completely agree with the first part of your reply, at least we agree on that. My original point was that if we could find a way to buck the status quo by addressing these very issues with legislation. Legislation that would in fact have anti-trust, anti barriers to entry, anti exorbitant malpractice suits, and anti pre-existing conditions addendums to the existing Bill that would afford the American people some kind of advantage in this against the wrath of these insurance companies.
hee hee ho ho ho, of course the cartels want barriers to entry and thats why they exist. it is only their ability to lobby the state or “pay off congress” for special protections, barriers to entry and special priveleges that would be impossible to attain if the state didnt give it to them that enables any “business man” to exploit society. look how many bankers would be? bankrupt right now if the government hadnt bailed them out. you proved my point, less government is what would fix this.
Ha ha, you’re the idoit. If barriers to entry exists, and insurance companies are making record profits from them, why would they want to change? These barriers would not exist if the insurance companies did not want them to exist. The fact still remains the Health care system of this country operates at the expense of American lives and is deeply in need of reform. Anyone of you that is against Health Care reform are just stupid. What would you suggest we do? Nothing? Keep things as they are? That is the very definition of Status Quo. Millions of americans are SCREAMING for health care. Are they all wrong? Are MILLIONS of Americans just lying? Almost anything would be better than our current situation with healthcare.
No, the problem as it sits is not enough Government in this case. The anti-trust laws that broke up monopolies like Bellsouth and Ma-bell Knocked these companies down a notch and decreased price gouging dramatically.

howspitals are not going to survive with the government driving up costs. these doctors on this video arent in any danger or not surviving, dont you worry about the poor doctors. and i guarantee i have thought about this health care issue more than you, costs need to come down to a realistic level where insurance isnt needed for your health care except for once in a great while(thats what insurance IS)

many times hospitals end up forgiving debts… but how the heck are hospitals going to survive this way? so they break even from other ways, like reducing quality of health care, hiring lesser doctors, hiring lesser quality staff, closing down. think before u talk.
